Every year the CASP Crew is on a quest for the BEST house-made onion rings!
As you can imagine, this takes us to some great local joints and dives in every town we go to. The philosophy is simple- Eat Local - Drink Local and let the folks who are taking care of you know that we're in town for the air show and we sought out great local flavors that brought us to their establishment!

The inspiration for this page came from my friend, Tom Larkin of Minijet Airshows! He too is a lover of a good local joint with awesome onion rings!
Before you go out to one of these fabulous restaurants take a look at the work that our friends at Giving Kitchen do across the nation! All of us in the Air Show Industry are either small business owners or contractors for a small business and when an emergency happens in our lives we can reach out to the ICAS Foundation Family Fund. The Food Service Industry didn't have that same sort of option in a lot of instances, until Giving Kitchen was formed!
If you find a local joint that you love and you want to make sure that that your favorite bartender or server is there when the air show is back encourage them to check out Giving Kitchen when they need emergency financial support or other help!
